Our fan community technology

We are proud to have been one of the first companies in the world to develop social token technology for sports clubs and their fans in 2016. 

Our decentralized community technology enables large sports clubs to operate their own independent community based on fan tokens. The idea is simple: fans can reward each other for their pictures and content with fan tokens (stars) and then exchange these for merchandise in the fan store. In addition, they can donate fan tokens to charitable organizations with a donation seal of approval, which are then donated by the community operator in cash value.

With Phantom Chat, the CASTL community also has a secure chat function that deletes all chat data from the server and numerous entertainment features such as the Castl Challenges. During the extensive beta testing with real users, thousands of photo and video challenges were created by beta testers. The most famous of these was the Cow Kissing Challenge, which became a worldwide media controversy.

Whether you are allowed to kiss cows or not is still unclear today. What is certain, however, is the great potential of our Challenge feature, which combines club loyalty, entertainment and donations in a unique way.
